How fit do I need to be?


Of course you will need to train for these tours, but nothing too strenuous. There is definitely no race and you can take your time. The terrain is occasionally challenging and there will be some climbing involved with elevation averaging at about 4,200 feet per day. Our routes have been meticulously planned to avoid very mountainous climbing and heavy traffic.

We will supply a suggested training schedule with your booking form. However if you are already capable of riding two 70 mile rides on consecutive days with some inclines, then you should be perfectly capable of completing one of our adventures.
